Controlled Out of System: Competitive Drill

September 19, 2016 by

When teams attack your setter and get you out of system, your team needs to be able to handle the situation and still be able to attack.

In the clip below Ron Kordes,Assumption (KY) High School Head Coach,2012 AVCA National High School Coach of the Year; shows you a competitive drill to work on your out of system play.

Coach Kordes sets up and explains the execution of the drill and explains how the drill is scored.

This is a great drill to add to your “toolbox”. It allows you to work on a critical component of the game and it is competitive.
